Your New Role Working closely with a highly regarded partnership team, you will advise clients on a broad mix of corporate transactions and governance matters, including: Public and private M&A, including takeovers and schemes of arrangement Equity capital markets transactions such as IPOs and capital raisings ASX Listing Rules and Corporations Act compliance Corporate structuring, governance and stakeholder engagement You will be entrusted with direct client relationships and take ownership of matters, from strategic input to deal execution.
